All decisions related to the operation of the application, updates, or technical support are the responsibility of a third party. Use of the application is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy set by its developer.
This provision does not affect the customer’s rights related to the quality of the watch itself, its warranty, or its compliance with legal requirements.
