Super-G Support

The Super-G Chat function is a communication platform between the watch–phone and the users who have bind the watch with their Trackino app account.

For a private conversation, choose a specific recipient in the Chat menu. By selecting the Family Group Chat option, you can communicate with all app users who are monitoring the watch.

Using the Chat function, the watch can send voice messages and fun emojis to the app, while from the app to the watch you can send both voice messages and text messages.

Please note that when sending emojis from the phone to the watch, the device may not support all emoji images, and the message may look like empty.
