If the watch with your existing prepaid SIM card does not connect to the network, check if:
- The SIM card is inserted correctly;
- Mobile internet is activated (or call plan with mobile internet is ordered). In most cases, the balance on your SIM card account does not affect the mobile internet or its operation. You must activate it individually or order a plan.
- Try another SIM card (for example, an account with a mobile internet connection activated).
